FIFTY-FIFTY is established, offering premium leather and fashion accessories at discount prices, with shops in the most exclusive suburbs of Athens. The KONTOSSI Store is sold to HONDOS, the leading department store in Greece. The Kontossi family invests in the further expansion of FIFTY-FIFTY. FIFTY RESORTS, a retail brand with exclusive presence in GRECOTEL, the leading luxury hotel chain in Greece, is launched. It features resort wear and accessories from international brands. Tricks & Treats, an innovative concept store offering gifts and stationery, is established as a retail brand with stores in Golden Hall, Kifissia, and other prime retail locations in Athens. Fabriano Boutique entrusts the Kontosssi family with the first franchise store in the world. Americana V boutique, combining the gift concept store with a resort flair, opens on the picturesque island of Symi. Yellow Korner Athens, a space devoted to making the art of photography accessible to everyone, opens in the center of Athens. The gallery and shop in downtown Athens joins more than 80 galleries and shops worldwide. New YellowKorner X Golden Hall created the first non-independent international gallery within the Tricks & Treats store in Golden Hall. New Americana Market Concept Store launched, on the harbour of Symi island with a home and summer gift and gadget concept. New YellowKorner X Kifissia, within the new Tricks & Treats store. New YellowKorner X Monte Carlo: new gallery opening with local partners. NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DIVISION founded under a subsidiary company with a real estate management scope. About 40 real estates managed by June 2020. NEW FIFTY RESORTS X CAPE SOUNIO. A new renovated boutique within the Cape Sounio legendary hotel with all the new beachwear trends in summer clothing and accessories. LEGAMI STADIOU.
